It is not recommended to apply the cream on oily skin during the day, but only in the evening, and not every night, but only occasionally. Hold the cream on your face for about twenty minutes, and soak up the rest with a tissue, and let the skin breathe. If you are over 30, you can alternate between nourishing and moisturizing cream.


Diet is the first thing you need to regulate if you want to prevent pimples. Minimize the intake of vegetable and animal fats, as well as alcohol, cigarettes, and coffee. All these foods lead to a more active secretion of sebaceous glands.

People who have problems with oily skin and the appearance of pimples should eat as many raw fruits and vegetables as possible, one portion must be in the morning, on an empty stomach. Sweets are forbidden, and dinner should be no later than 7 pm, after which nothing should be eaten until morning.
