In this article, you can read about the basic rules of the game Chutes and Ladders and learn how to play. The object of the game is to be the first player to reach the winter square number 100.
Setup
Layout the board and put the spinner within reach of all the players. Each player picks a character pond and places them off the board right next to the number one space. Everyone spins the spinner. The highest spin goes first. If it is a tie, then the tied players spin again.
On your turn, you spin the spinner and move your pawn exactly that many spaces forward on the path. Following the increase in numbers that wrap around the board. Pawns always move along the path towards the higher numbers. If your pawn stops its moves on the bottom of a ladder square, move that pawn to the top of the ladder. If your pawn stops on the top of a shoot space you move your pawn to the bottom of the shoot space. The first player to reach the number 100 winter space wins.
