Samsung Galaxy Pocket is a smartphone intended for those who do not want to invest too much in their mobile phone. It is a cheap model with a single-core processor running at 832MHz and a 2.8-inch screen that offers QVGA resolution (240 x 320 pixels).

The camera is like the phone as a whole, so it is basic and has a resolution of 2 megapixels and a solid battery with a capacity of 1,200mAh.

Samsung Galaxy Pocket also offers a 3.6Mbps 3G network, radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 3GB of internal memory, while with the help of a microSD card it can be expanded up to 32GB.

So, something that is expected from a phone of this class, for which the price is not yet known, but it is expected to be in line with what this phone provides.

The Samsung Galaxy Pocket is quite thin (only 12mm) and weighs 97g, which is quite understandable given its name. Speaking of which, the Galaxy Pocket has dimensions of 103.7 x 57.5 x 12 mm, which definitely puts it in the category of small phones.

As for the software part, there is Android 2.3 Gingerbread (which is already standard with Samsung phones), refreshed with numerous innovations (such as Google applications and Samsung’s ChatON service).
